I was looking for a room in the area for one night and they had a opening first time stay in south Boston Virginia

a clean room for the night and they provided

The location was fine

The hotel was run down and not like the advertised pictures. There was an unpleasant smell throughout. Our room was badly in need of updating. The bathroom door did not close all the way. There were stains on the pillows and towels. The TV screen had smears of something on it. The microwave was dirty and the refrigerator was full of frost. We left without staying the night because we were not comfortable. We checked into a better hotel down the road. The clerk made no effort to resolve any of our concerns but said she would have the manager call us the next day. I never received a call so am out the full price of the booking.

Location

The bathrooms were absolutely filthy and hadn’t been cleaned at all. Same as the room , old trash still sat in the window and toothbrush’s on the bathroom counter

Location was good.

The hotel was nasty. The bathroom was decent. Our TV didn't work and there was no one available to fix the problem. The solution offered was move to another room. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Convenient location

Bathroom was not the cleanest. Contacted front desk and it was taken care of promptly

The Staff is Amazing. Everybody was welcoming and super helpful
