"Faye was so accommodating"

Faye was so accommodating for the race. Not only were we greeted with a bright smile she was a book of knowledge. We are from Maryland and were totally lost until we met her. I did not book the room my friend did and I could not believe this was a best western. I just love the charm. We will be back next year!

I went to check in and my room was booked on the second floor. I prefer the first floor and I believe that is stated in my Profile. When I arrived Faye made the switch to the 1st floor easily! She knows I prefer to be there! As usual a great experience! She always takes care of her customers! She is such a pleasure!

"Faye (at the front desk) is the heart of this hotel"

From the moment we walked into the Best Western in Springfield, VT. Faye made us feel welcomed and cared for. She went out of her way to ensure we had a room near the handicap parking, showing real attention to detail and compassion. But what really stood out was how present she was, not just stuck behind the front desk, but constantly around the hotel, checking on guests, answering questions, and making sure everything was running smoothly. She carried herself like she owned the place, but in the best way possible. You could tell she takes pride in her work and it makes all the difference in the world. Faye is a rare find, professional, kind, proactive, and deeply committed to guest satisfaction. She's the kind of employee that turns a good stay, into a GREAT one. Best Western is lucky to have her.

"Definitely worth the stay."

Property was clean and well kept. Staff was pleasant. Enjoyed pool and it was clean and stocked with towels. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast included eggs, omelets, sausage and bacon along with waffle machine and a variety of pastries/cold items.

Liked everything.
