Room was clean and orderly considering the facility. KUDOs to housekeeping

This property is EXTREMELY aged and tired. It appears that it was an old Motel 6 that was purchased, given a quick paint job and re-branded. This would be fine except that the advertising for this property did not hint on it's age and condition so guest could not make an informed choice. Also, was expected to be a better property based on the high price being charged for the rroom.

Very noisy, not a good part of town and people living there long term.

Does it matter? They rip you off

That i didn't receive my deposit back. There was no reason why I didn't get it back. I tried getting in contact to ask about it and I'm getting no calls, no messages, not a thing. The way we got the room is the same way we left it. Not happy!! It pisses me off!!

Clean interior

The door was not properly sealed, we could hear people outside yelling and cursing. Cars were loud, not a safe environment. All that noise was coming through the door.

There were weeds and trash throughout the flower beds and areas. No maintenance to the gardening or mowing at all

Dirty and unkept except at the door where two flower pits had flowering plants that were maintained. The rest of the property flower beds and shrubs were over grown and full of weeds and dead plants

Location was alright

The room was disgusting- old, dirty, mold in the shower. Needs a deep clean

NOTHING WAS GOOD.. Breakfast was probably good but since I cancelled the reservation and STILL GOT CHARGED FOR IT, the breakfast was awful. Doesn't matter if I spend much more in legal processes than the 100$ stolen from me by y'all. Because. It's a principle. Theft and fraud not allowed in this country

It would have been so sweet if booking.com and Wyndham weren't in cahoots to rip off the ordinary folks. I didn't like the intense harm and suffering caused by YOU REAL PEOPLE BEHIND THE CURTAIN. I spent many lost moments TRYING TO FIX THIS. Booking.com is impossible to contact.

The location was very close to the Aquatic Center which was why we chose the hotel. While a little outdated, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and personable. We needed assistance with our TV and they came to our room and showed us how to connect to the cable. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great! It checked all the boxes for what we needed.

There was road noise being off of a major thoroughfare. We did have a lose floor board that caught my sock a few times. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay for the price.
