With the recent opening of the light rail line just a short walk from us, I'd like to highlight the easy access to Seattle downtown. I have also refined the current description: "Located 16 miles north of Seattle, Americas Best Value Inn Lynnwood/Seattle offers comfortable and budget-friendly accommodations in Lynnwood, Washington, with complimentary WiFi and free parking. Guests can enjoy convenient amenities, including a 24-hour front desk, coin-operated laundry facilities, and complimentary coffee available in the lobby. Each air-conditioned guest room features a TV with cable channels, a microwave, a mini-fridge, and ironing facilities. "I don't mind it at ABVI, but there are other places in town where I can stay."

I don't eat breakfast there because it's not very nutritious. Something is wrong when all they offer for breakfast is sugary individually packed oatmeal, bananas, sweetened yogurt and starchy bread. You see where I am going with this. They need to think about the needs of their customers.

I am currently homeless but I also work and sometimes pay my weekly hotel stay out of pocket. I have stayed at that property many times and had no problems. I ask the concierge, who I am familiar with, since I am working and I have no money until I get paid the following Friday, could I stay and pay the bill on my next payday. She said no, and now I am homeless again. Just wondering what had changed. It is not like the first time I stayed at that property and made that request.

Breakfast was good with choices of bread, juice, coffee, yogurt.

There was a loud noise from an exhaust fan from the building behind that blasted all day and night. Not much ABV can do about that.

We were satisfied with the room and how the staffs trearted us. Old building but well kept, everything works fine, just some cosmetics that need to be improve.
