"Bad experience"

So I had something come up where I couldn’t make my one night stay. Booking.com told me since it was non refundable I would have to ask the hotel to make an exception due to the circumstances. So I emailed/called the hotel asking only to change the date of my stay. I DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND. I was told no. I make trips up to this area frequently and it’s safe to say I will not be attempting to stay with this hotel again. Quite a disappointing experience.

"Great Hotel! We will stay again!!!"

Very friendly, great manager, breakfast food was pretty good for a free hotel breakfast, outside was decorated very pretty with red/white/blue flowers, plenty of good parking, great location just off interstate, very quiet yet close to shopping/restaurants/etc! We will DEFINATELY be staying here again, when traveling in the Milwaukee area (State Fair, Brewers, Bucks, etc) due to it being a wonderful hotel and close travel times to attractions!!!

"Friendly, comfortable, and CLEAN!"

We stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn Express in Delafield as part of a roadtrip. It was, by far, the cleanest hotel that we stayed in during our trip. The place was spotless - common areas and in our room. Additionally it was very comfortable - one of the best nights sleep we got during our trip - and the staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!

The free breakfast was fantastic. I also appreciated working out in the athletic room - I rode the stationary bike & got in the pool as much as I could. I was rehabbing my knee. All the staff were extremely friendly. I will stay here again when I come into town to see family.
