Family friendly, clean, safe, nice staff

I wanted to write about this disappointing experience. My son had a photoshoot at Kohl's so I wanted just something simple for a quick overnight stay. Check-in was just fine. Issue number one was the room and hotel itself. It looked NOTHING like the pictures. Our room had an unpleasant smell, everything was extremely aged outside of what was shown in the pictures. I was sitting on the bed and the mattress cover popped open and the mattress looked really bad. On top of that, that night at about midnight, the toilet stopped working and you couldn't flush. I have two small toddlers and did not want to wake them by asking someone to come. The options for the continental breakfast were very limited. Upon checkout we assumed a microwave was available to warm our food before our road trip. I asked the representative and he said no. I asked if I could quickly go back to our room, nastily. A woman that also worked there offered to let us use the staff. He said no and went back upstairs. He was very rude, unpleasant and not accommodating. How could you be that malicious to a mom wanting to feed her children as a PAYING customer. From the service to the false advertisement of the rooms and hotels pictured I will NOT be staying here again. And if you were thinking about it, I suggest you rethink a better option.

My family and I love coming to this hotel. We have stayed here once a year for the past 4 years and have never had any issues.

My husband and I stayed here with our 6 week old baby. The breakfast was good and they also changed their options every day that we were there. The room was a great size and everyone was friendly.

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with finding places to go in the area!

It was a nice place. My girls and I went to the pool at 8:30 a.m., and were told to leave because it didn't open until 9. I get that rules are rules, but it was 30 minutes. Other than that it was an ok stay.

Nice,quiet clean,overall nice time.Nice room as well.

No shampoo or conditioner in shower. Reception at check in was not good. Very curt and not warm.

Liked everything.

Great place to stay will come again!
