Got lost in a back hallway from the patio entrance, not much lighting

Parking was unsafe, doors from parking lot needed better lighting.

The location is great and that is probably the only reason we stay there.

The first time we stayed the staff was very unfriendly, but I blew it off thinking it was just a bad day. However, second time, same thing. Maybe they need some customer service training. The tile was falling off in the room and there was hair in the bath tub. It is so dangerous how you have to get into the bath tub to take a shower. It is so slippery with no grippers or handles. I am so surprised no one has fallen.

We mostly stay at this location because it’s convenient and there’s a wonderful bar across the street. The property itself is fine, not the greatest, but for the price it’s appropriate.

We checked in 45 minutes early and they allowed us early check in. The only thing is that the tissue box was empty and toilet paper roll was almost empty when we got in.

The front desk gal was rude—we were an inconvenience to her at check-in. We opened the door to our room and were immediately assaulted by the overpowering smell of body odor. We walked back to the front desk and asked for a new room. The same front desk person rolled her eyes and begrudgingly gave us a new room—never a hint of embarrassment or just a basic apology. It’s a great location for parents with kids at Carthage, but never again.

Loved my stay .the manager is great.got sick and had to check out early.only charged for days o was there Can't wait to.go back.
