The location

Very outdated, rooms were updated but the bathroom was moldy to the point that the framed pictures were wrinkled up.

Close to everything that we wanna do when we make our trip up here once a year.

The location was the reason I chose the hotel, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The curtains were too small, and didn’t keep out the morning light. There was a noisy fan in the bathroom that never stopped, and I had to sleep with the bathroom door closed, and earplugs. The shower had such low water pressure that I was afraid of having shampoo left in my hair.

We arrived to check in for our pre paid stay and we were told they had called us to say **no running water** at all in facility for a day or more to come. I have to have my phone on and with me at all times, and had no missed calls and no voice mail. They made no attempt to help us get a room somewhere else for our 3 night stay, and had no idea how to get a refund. Now they are not responding to PayPal to process my refund either. PayPal states they have made multiple requests and no reply. This would have been our second stay there; first stay I would have said “ok” place but this experience is awful. Out nearly $400
