Alot of noise during the night

Breakfast is basically a bagel bar. A couple fruit choices and dry cereal. Pool was closed the entire time were there. Bed had new mattress. Sheets and pillow cases were stained. The pull out desk had not been cleaned and was covered with crumbs and food smears.

The room was very clean. They did not have a walk-in shower available for handicap accessible as requested, but had a room with grab bars to get in the shower. The hotel was noisy at 4:00 a.m. when people above me were making noise and talking. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful when I checked in.

Was happy all around with everything. Had a problem with a running toilet & we were immediately given a new room. Only thing we didn’t like was lack of enough outlets by the beds.

When i checked in, the night clerk attempted to charge me twice, stating that the card was declined. The card reader displayed approved. She then continued without a second attempt to use my credit card. I was disappointed, to find that there was only one electrical outlet available and zero USB ports in the room. The room was spacious, and the large area that had zeo furniture in it, could easily been furnished with nice seating for guests to enjoy. The photo of the room on the internet dies not show an empty space, as what was provided. It just was not very welcoming. Thebreakfast i. The morning was not terrible. Coffee. Tea, bananas, apples, and cereal was offered. This did notfeel like the Hilton.boo

I was disappointed in that there were no charging options in our room. Other than that our stay was amazing!

I can not comment on what I liked because we never got to stay here.

I booked the room on 2/6/2025 for 2 nights. This was for a family wedding nearby. I was told by our family that there was also a track meet on that weekend, so I needed to get my reservation ASAP, which I did. Our stay was to be on Friday 6/6 and Saturday 6/7. On 5/11 I received a message from the hotel telling me that they cancelled and fully refunded my $690.08 because they had a flood at the property. I then called them asking if it would be resolved before my scheduled stay (almost a month away) and was told it was 'complicated' and they wouldn't have a room. When I called them again in June to see if the problem was resolved, I was told that they had overbooked the hotel and had to cancel some reservations. This seems deceptive to me. So I booked elsewhere - which cost me way more than I wanted to spend, and was about 30 minutes further away because everything was booked up in the town by then, due to the track meet. It has been almost a month since they cancelled and I have not been credited by $690.08.
