Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels

The refrigerator had to be removed from the room as it held a toxic odor

Rather than flying into Oshkosh with all of the air traffic, we opted to fly into Appleton and rented a car for the short drive to Oshkosh. Was able to secure a room at this hotel. Not an east feat during the airshow. Clean and well maintained, the front desk staff efficiently checked us in. Our king room on the first floor was roomy with a seating area in the front, long desk and tv adjacent to the bed. Excellent mattress, bedding and pillows! Good shower pressure and hot water! Quiet even on the first floor facing the parking lot. We appreciated the blackout shades. Just a couple of misses…low hum in the old a/c unit. Not one bottle of water in the room, despite a small fridge. Seems to be a trend with all hotels. As a frequent traveler, hotels should stock the room with at least two bottles of water! And, breakfast was incomplete due to a problem with their heating unit/stove. No eggs or hot items such as sausage/bacon. Only fruit, yogurt, muffins, coffee and juice. This was during our 2 day stay. Staff apologized for the inconvenience. Did not use the pool or hot tub, so cannot comment. The hotel was a good central location to the airshow. Not the newest, but clean and somewhat updated. We would return and recommend!

Walking in, it smelled amazing. We were beyond impressed by the cleanliness of the room. The complimentary breakfast was amazing; I wasn't expecting a buffet! Karen's beware, there's NOTHING to complain about here

The front desk clerk was able to change my room with ease and I appreciated her effort. The pool and hot tub along with a great breakfast was perfect! Thanks!
