The room was nice

They over charged me for the room it wasn't what it was on booking.com

Breakfast was fine. The basics. Location was great. Quiet yet right off interstate.

Clean and very comfortable rooms with 50” large TV in room. We stayed few days and breakfast was good. They provide different menu every day. Friendly staff and overall everyone took care of anything we needed.

Nothing I made a reservation, chose to pay at property. I got there and he told me they cancelled my two rooms and there were no rooms available.

Corporate cs is rude, incompetent and disrespectful to customers. To inform me you really don’t care once you have the money about your business is telling! I have had someone cancel my reservations and this last time and the person that entered it in at the hotel was also cancelled! Corp cs is disgraceful and unacceptable. The cost and room quality is below my standards and expectations. I book a year in advance to get the room I need for a proper nights sleep! That did not happen. I listened to people talking below my window, smoking smell and somehow people with terrible hygiene issues! The order was throughout the entire building! I demand to see compensation for this and to know why my reservations are hacked and by whom!!! I demand this technician that handles security for tech be fired if it’s that easy! I have had issues with your tech and online system since day one. That lands on cheap of this sh—show! Not the hotel issue but the owner! The owner and their outside business is extremely rude and unprofessional!! I will be posting everywhere and telling people about this issue and the owners employees that will not help! America has many businesses they use for money. My goal is to inform Americans that your business is to abuse the customer and not give quality, cleanliness, pride, and integrity is not the goal of this chain of management company!
