The toilet was soooo eco-friendly that the tank wouldn't refill after the third flush. It was brought to the attention of many different people that our toilet was having this issue. The repairman didn't fix it and when I inquired again, no one assisted nor offered to help. I went ahead and used the ice chest bucket to fill with sink water in order to fill the toilet tank with enough water to flush.

The staff was very accommodating

The entire staff seemed totally detached from their work and us during our two day stay. The desk workers often sat just staring at their cellphones…no greetings, no smiles…nothing. I even commented to them that they seemed somewhere else! It is evident that the staff is not well trained in hospitality skills…they seemed to dislike customers and each other…we could feel the friction. The managers desk was always empty…the manager nowhere to be found. This was a nice hotel with miserable staff. We will avoid this place like the plague!

Friendly staff, convenient location. Could be better sound proofing- I could hear the conversation of the couple in the room next to us and walking in the room above us.

The room was in poor condition. Toilet didn't flush properly, toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet, bathtub didn't drain properly. Considering we paid over $240 per night, it should have been in better condition. Could have stayed in Comfort Inn with better bathroom.
