It was a really good location staff helpful parking was good loved the little coffee snack spot in the hotel too

Good location. Very helpful front desk staff. Great breakfast with extensive buffet. Dinner in the cafe also very good.

The wifi didnt work at our room, and the location is a bit far from the city center

The bathroom setup is strange.

Dirty - dust on lamps stands, no soap or shampoo in bottles., broken tropical shower.

Good hotel, whose rise was long ago, but it still holds up well. Nice staff, excellent soft bed, large room. There is a closed parking.

The hotel still needs renovation. The hotel parking lot does not fit a big (high) car.

Room was comfortable enough. AC was OK.

Rude staff in general. Asking for a bottle of complimemtary drinking water the second day and then being ignored by the room cleaning staff was very annoying (it doesn't make sense to get complimentary drinking water only one day out of two -- we've never had that at a hotel around the world. If it's complimentary, it should be every day).
