I’m a Diamond member and typically rely on TripAdvisor reviews to choose the hotel. The reviews were okay but not great for this hotel but they deserve to be much higher rated. The rooms were clean, fitness center was better than most, housekeeping was excellent and the staff (particularly Jorge) were kind and patient. Received $15 per night food credit for being diamond. Recommend staying here!

This location is easy to get to, clean facility with outdoor activities. Food in the bar (and I’m sure the restaurant) was very good. Stacey waited on us, it was Thanksgiving night, and she helped guide us to the perfect small bite we needed!

"DO NOT EAT HERE IT HAS WENT DOWN HILL!"

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at "The Pub" was disappointing from start to finish. The food arrived lukewarm, portions were tiny, and the flavors were oddly bland for a place that advertises “bold, handcrafted dishes.” My chicken tasted like it had been reheated rather than freshly prepared, and the vegetables were soggy instead of roasted. What made the visit worse was the manager’s attitude. When I politely mentioned the issues, the manager seemed irritated, barely listened, and shrugged it off with a “Well, that’s how we serve it here.” No apology, no offer to fix the meal, nothing. The dismissive tone made the whole interaction feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, it felt like both the kitchen and management had checked out for the night. Kids were running around! I definitely won’t be returning, and I’d recommend choosing one of the many nearby restaurants that actually value their customers. "Mounia Marshall" was management on duty.
