Had everything and nicely located downtown

Very confusing layout and serious problem getting room cleaned daily. A confused system. Also everything is supposed to be scanned. Why not simple instructions???

Lindas instalaciones y cómodas

Que no estaban los tiburones en el acuario de la piscina y es publicidad engañosa ya que si ya hace 4 meses no los tienen la imagen debe ser actualizada ya que llevé mi familia y quería una sorpresa por que es lo que más les gusta e incluso fue por el motivo el cual escogí este hotel en la reserva y que la habitación no trae ni una pequeña nevera

Location was as expected. Room was ok

Check in was horrible. Staff did not know what to do and there were not enough of them to serve the number of clients Casino was grimy and smelt
