Red Roof Inn North Little Rock

bloody finger prints on the window, washer didn’t work, vending machines didn’t either. it smells musty when you first walk in. it’s very outdated and unsafe. i don’t recommend staying here.

The Ref Roof is clean, and was affordable for the room. And I will return there again for the next time I have to stay in NLR hotel.

The room was somewhat clean but we had nail polish on the floor and cigarette put a In the bedding. Our ac didn’t work.

The pool wasnt working. The toilet kept stopping up. There was a roach the first day. Other than that the service was great and i slept well. I would stay again.

The room was very clean however every time you opened your door you were hit with the strong smell of people smoking marijuana. The building needs a little work and it said they offered a continental breakfast which they did not,vending machines did not work and the front of the ice maker was leaning in the floor and did not work

I guess you get what you pay for. I booked a non-smoking room with two queen beds. When I arrived, they tried to put us in a room with two full beds. Room was fairly clean. Appeared to have multiple people doing long term nightly stays from the conversations. I heard in the lobby and people outside of the hotel not the greatest area. Had to move rooms only option that was available was smoking rooms. Hotel did not serve any breakfast only coffee.

The area was not great but we decided to stay anyway. The lock on the door did not work. There were cigarette burns in the bedding. The whole room needed a deep cleaning. There was a sketchy canoe outside our window that looked like someone might have lived in it. Before 6:30 am, the SWAT team and FBI surrounded the building and were evacuating the building. We aren’t sure WHO was in the room next to us, but it was clearly a federal criminal. We did not feel safe and really want our money back. We called to request a refund and they keep telling us to call back when the manager is there. Still hopeful they do the right thing and refund us for the night but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone.

Loud. Smelly, no secure lock on door. Pool broken crackheads everywhere. Put kids in the middle of a bunch of smoking rooms. Bugs everywhere. Vending machines broken water all over the floor. Homeless and their animals camped out everywhere. Ill NEVER go to another red roof in. Then they didnt even have anything for breakfast.

Room had no amenities: no microwave, no coffee maker, no refrigerator, etc. I asked staff to swap my desk chair for one that was adjustable. They promptly satified my need, but the situation should never have occurred. I discovered the toilet had a clean-water leak (thank goodness that was it!) when I visited the bathroom in my stocking feet and they socks soaked up the water. The bed was quite comfortable. The lobby had a nasty smell, sort of like week-old tobacco smoke. Not sure what it was. Staff was excellent and helpful. But this place is seriously run down.

The entire place smelled like pot! The place was filthy! Doors are missing door knobs. None of the plugs in the bedroom work unless it had a three-prong plug. There are lamps on the nightstands but your own personal plugs won't work in them. They were roaches in the room. The refrigerator didn't work and we had to have them bring us another one. The one that was broken look like someone had kicked it in. The remote control was missing pieces. The entire place smelled old and musty. It is definitely not our typical Red roof inn visit. We've always stayed at Red roof inn and never had issues like this
