"Comfortable and relaxing."

The property is very clean, and very quiet. The rooms were clean the hallways were clean it was just overall very clean and very quiet.

The smell when I opened the door to my room it smelled like it had been closed up for a long time. It wasn’t a nice calm hotel scent. Other than that everything was perfect! After a while I no longer smelled the smell.

Nothing the lady at the front desk was very rude and had an attitude

Everything she didn’t allow us to check in or even allowed us to pay the rest of the money because of my ID being on my phone

The front desk staff was great! Carlis and Aina gave us excellent recommendations about the tain and local sights.
