Easy booking and check in. Staff was great at accommodating our family and 2 dogs. We had to stay because the steamship canceled boats due to weather. So we had to stay because we couldnt get home. It was very last minute. Glad they had an Islanders rate too

The exit door slammed alot near our room. But thats unavoidable

Hotel was recently updated. Everything was clean and fresh. The beds were especially comfy.

Stayed the night here before going to Martha's vineyard and it was very convenient to get to the ferry. Also had a nice hotel bar with good late night food. Would stay again!

The hotel is a short drive from the historic downtown and the beach. The hotel looks relatively new or renovated. Our room was comfortable except the beds were high and the toilet was low. We preregistered for three adults but there were only two sets of towels. I'm sure we could have called for more as they have 24 hour service but we were only there for the one night and managed with what was there.The window had sheer curtains that looked like a cat had clawed them and heavy drapes that reached the floor. The problem was the drapes, when closed completely, covered the heater/air conditioner blocking the flow of air. The parking lot outside the window had really bright lights so it was necessary to keep the drapes closed at night. None of these were deal breakers. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Desk staff were pleasant and informative.
