The room was dirty. Don't desk young lady had no personality and was bothered. Music was blasted in 1 of the room in the 1st floor. Coffee station was basically empty and dirty. Horrible place, bug flying in the room stains under mattress, bathtub was cracked and there were stickers on the wall which basically means they didn't clean the room. It was just a nightmare. I corkscrew get out of there fast enough.

My mom walked in to check in and a lady with glasses said her name was BOB wasn't at the desk she then walked out from the back and didn't say anything (no hello Welcome to Best Western nothing) so my mom said she was checking in and the girl said she needed the liscence she wouldn't take mom mom's (we did book in my name on booking and my mom's card to pay) she refused her license said it had to be who we booked under she came out got mine while I'm handling my 8 month old and 3 year old. Mom took it back in, she snapped at her and said I need her to bring in her own license. So my mom came out and told me what was going on and I went in (there are 2 sides to every story so I was wanting to know what was going on) she didn't greet me at all either just looked at the computer and held her hand out like I knew what she needed. I walked up and said I'm here as I was told something is wrong with our booking may I ask what is going on? She said yeah I need your license I was okay may I ask when this issues changed (we stayed October 24 was not treated like this or had any issues) she said it was how she was trained and I was like okay so how long have you been here and she said 2 years I said oh okay that's interesting as we stayed maybe a year and a half ago and had no issues like this last time. She said I didn't need to be rude I said ma'am I was told you were being rude to my mom and I came in wondering what was going on. She then said since you wanna say I'm beifn rude I am canceling your reservation and you can go somewhere else I said no ma'am I have to very tired over the car kids Tryign to get out the car I need to feed one I need our room we booked and she said nope I'm canceling your room.
