USUSHotel is immaculate. Front desk staff are amazing and so welcoming. This is my second time using this hotel and it's always the best.
Only thing was the shower was very noisy when water runs in shower and bed wasn't as comfortable as the last time. Other than that keep up the amazing job! U r all the best!

There was an odor in the hallway that was not very pleasant. We could smell as soon as he got off the elevator. It didn’t not linger into the room. It was gone by the next morning.
USThe cleaness , no bed bugs , everything pillows and mattresses were covered under the sheets . Walls light switch covers /door trim was clean . Staff was friendly .
The pool was cold even though it was heated . Some alarm started going off in the pool chemical closet and continued to make loud noise the entire time , all the lounge chairs were so very old the paint was chipping off , the vending machines in there were completely empty . Why have them if you can't use them . The complimentary breakfast consisted of NO DAIRY FREE alternatives(no soy no almond milk or soy or almond milk yogurts or creamers . The pancakes were raw dough . They don't vaccum under there sofas . And they only give you 2 towels !! I booked a room for 6 of us !! And told them all 6 were coming . They wana charge you for a piece of plastic (room key if you loose it ) .. accidents happen and you have to buy new ones anyways . And the most awful thing I NEVER RECIEVED AN EMAIL RWMINDING ME OF MY BOOKING !!!! normally I always get a notification incase I forget .i got nothing . Also when I booked it asked what time I would be there I said "3:00" because that's what time it said Check in is at , this "booking service " Embarassed me by requesting early check in and then it was denied by the hotel so I received an email saying my accommodation request was DENIED , first off I didn't request anything extra!!! Second the hotel was dead !!! If I was early they definitely could had accommodated me there's no way the rooms weren't turned over by then the floors were EMPTY . Finally it was not awesome that I have a broken hip and they gave me THE FARTHEST ROOM IN THW HOTEL . It made me look at my husband who manage a different hotel and said is that normal ? I almost cried !! I was hurting and you made me hike ?!?
