It all Was wonderful

The only thing is on Monday we had to call.fornt desk when we needed a tash bag couse they never tuck out the trash that morning and never brought us more towels

Gave us a room that had not been cleaned

Day Staff was friendly.

Simple decent room. Smaller pool but works. Breakfast was good. NoA few small issues but overall fine for our 2 night stay.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Decent prices and great breakfast. I would recommend it.

Need to get rid of the nasty drinking fountains in the pool area

It was relaxing!

Theft by maid. I dislike leaving a negative review. I avoid doing so at all costs but won't this time. At this hotel for a 10+ week stay due to a residential fire in Adrian. No issues the entire stay until the day before checking out. A hotel maid took a blank check *out of a dresser drawer* and cashed it for $2,500. She signed her very unique name to the check. A five second Google search points to her very extensive criminal history in the area. A good choice for someone that is able to access your hotel rooms? The regional manager initially appeared to be very prompt and responsive, admitted it was their employee. We were able to recover all stolen funds from our credit union. However, 2 days of an expensive week long class in town were missed dealing with trying to find the person responsible for the theft, ensuring no other items were stolen from the room, filing a police report and closing and reopening all bank accounts. It was asked of IHG that those 2 days of class that were missed due to their employee's theft would be compensated so those 2 class days could be repeated at a future date. Crickets. I am an avid IHG fan. Their properties are always clean, well maintained, great breakfast and service etc. However, I can't recommend this location. They made an enormous amount of money from our 10 week stay. The lack of follow-up after felony level theft from our room has been disappointing.

The manager Kimberly and the staff were very understanding about the issue that my wife and I with our room . They expressed great concerns and did everything they can to make us feel that they cared ! Kimberly went above and beyond , she called the very next morning after our scheduled check out spoke with me in a concerned and caring matter assuring me and assured that she will following up and that if there was any problem with my refund with my Expedia to call her . There was no need because Expedia did a good job of solving the problem after they contacted her while they put me on hold . Jeffery at Expedia was very helpful and made sure that the matter was resolved , My wife and I travel often and we do understand that sometimes things do happen but as always the reflection of how the problem is resolved and the extent the staff and persons involved go about it is what really matter . Thank you Kimberly at Holiday inn Express Adrian and to all your staff who were wonderful and kind . Also thank you to Jeffery at Expedia @ Expedia for the extra effort in helping get the transaction done up to my satisfaction .
