Wow! The rooms are really nice. New and updated, towels seem brand new. Comfy beds, nice showers and super clean rooms. Perfect room exceptional price.

I was happy we only needed to stay there a few hours to sleep. Entrance and front area was not inviting. Outside didnt make me feel safe as squatters were outside watching as we pulled up. Bathroom wasnt the cleanest. Shower had stuff on the side so obviously was not cleaned. Beds were confortable enough.

The hotel is in a very central location, which made getting around easy. The room and towels were clean, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing and made us feel unsafe. The area where the hotel is located felt sketchy — there were people smoking weed near our room and others drinking in the parking lot. This created an uncomfortable and unsettling atmosphere. Additionally, the front desk staff were rude and condescending when we asked for help reactivating our key card. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at the Red Roof Inn.

"Better research next time"

We checked in late and when we got into our room and checked it we found a glove left behind by another guest and the duvet between the mattresses were stained. The shower head had lots of visible buildup in it. If it weren’t for the late check in after over a 3 hour drive in for a function we would have asked for money back and found better accommodations. The hole also required an additional $40 deposit outside of what hotels.com required at check in for pet/smoking and damages even though we did not have pets and don’t smoke. The night clerk was very professional.

Hotel has a great location and everyone on staff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Room needs a new tv, but I was only staying one night, so I didn't say anything. I would definitely come back here in the future.
