Quality Suites Lansing West

Breakfast was good, pretty standard hotel fare, but I was happy to have it. The sheets and room were bright and clean.

There was a large stain on our couch that made us wonder about its cleanliness, and the toilet paper holder was pulling out of the wall. The thermostat included a warning not to turn it below 68°F, or it would "freeze up and not work". That's something maintenance should fix, not the consumer. I do prefer to sleep at about 65°F in the winter, so it was a bit warm for me.

The openness and ambience were very welcoming and comfortable. The fact that it was a pet friendly facility was also very nice. The room was also comfortable. Decent value for the price.

The couch in the room, while comfortable, was visibly worn. The cushions didn't set right on it until adjusted, but went back to looking off after use. The shower door had a tendency to roll open a little bit while showering. There was only one bar of soap in the room, so I had to use the same soap to wash my hands and shower.

The hotel was decorated nicely for the holidays.

Room was dirty, sheets and beds had stains all over them, looked like someone threw up on the wall and was never cleaned up, the toilet tank was wobbly, the beds were small and uncomfortable, stains all over the carpeting, the breakfast was not good at all, the eggs tasted like powder and the tater tots were so stale and dry tasted like dog food.

Hospitable staff and a very well established place..

The breakfast could have been better if it had some meat on it.

Loved the location. The rooms were spacious.

We were there for 3 days and the common areas especially the floors were not mopped as the same footprints were there on the plank flooring and stains around the coffee area in the lobby. The carpet needs to be vacuumed along with the glass of the elevators. The trash bins outside the entrances hadn’t been emptied.
