Best Western Plus, The Inn at Hampton

The front staff was very friendly and easy curious. The room was wonderful for the suite. Was mostly handicapped accessible. I would have hoped for a easier way for my husband; who is handicapped; to get it and out of the bath tub. However loved the seat that was in the bath tub.

I would have liked to have been told about the lift for disability customers; while we were checking in or a notice in the room that was handicapped accessible for the pool. I think customers who are in wheelchairs should be able to get into the gazebo.

Close to the beach

They placed us right beside where they had workers in the hotel remodeling all we heard was saws and sanding and trimming the hedges the WHOLE stay from 7am till bed time, we could NOT sleep in at all nor could we take a nap…..it made us quite cranky…. We came down for the sand sculptures like we do every year… I took videos of our stay in the room

cleanliness wasn’t great, the blankets and sheets had multiple stains when we arrived, 3 pillows were thrown on the bed with no cases, 2 of the days when we left our room there was horrid smell in the halls, the pool did not smell like chlorine at all which was a bit concerning, the shower went cold every 2 minutes and occasionally took almost 15 minutes to get warm, the shampoo and stuff isn’t replaced after every person which i don’t like due to people possibly putting things in them, staff entered room every time we left and would replace towels which is great but a bit strange that they wouldn’t do it while we were there, 1 tiny washer and 1 tiny dryer is not suitable for that size hotel plus charging customers to use them is excessive especially if hen the hotel costs what it does and our room was not swept or mopped a single time even when we first entered the room

Chambre magnifique ! Propre et au goût du jour ! Plafond en bois🤩 Tout était parfait ! La salle de bain très propre et moderne.Tres belle senteur dans la chambre aussi.Tres bon déjeuner , beaucoup d'espace pour s'asseoir.
