Nice hotel clean

The ladies at the front desk were friendly. The 24hr. complimentary tea and coffee selections were very thoughtfully provided near the check-in counter. The complimentary breakfast selections were one of the bests among the hotels with the same price range. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. And the air-conditioning can be set to our liking. There are lots of franchised restuarants within walking distances from the hotel entance. It is not too far from Pistachio Land, the Space Museum, and White Sands National Park. So this is a good hotel to stay if you plan to visits these three attactions on the same day.

The switch to move the water from going into the bath tub up to the shower head was only working at 50%. By the time we found out, it was late and we only wanted to shower and goto bed. So we showered with half the water coming out from the shower head and half gone down to the bath tub. And we forgot to tell the front desk at the time we checked out the next day. I think it was room 305? I might be wrong about room number. It was a long road trip with 9 or 10 different hotels? (I don't remember..)

Located in a good area with easy access to restaurants and attractions.

1) for a newer hotel it was the noises hotel ever. You could hear the person conversation in the hallway, people walking on the floor above you, the main door opening/closing, cars under the covered car port. Totally noisy, awful! Think I was given this room because I booked with Booking.com and not Hampton. 2) received a letter from this hotel stating that as per CDC mandates masks in public areas will be required and Hampton management support this. When I checked in nobody had a mask on, housekeeping, front desk personal, breakfast attendant, nobody. So much for Hampton management carrying any weight. 3) bathroom had no night light. Common, GFIC w/LED photo light is like $30. 4) Room was dark even with all the lights on.

The property was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable and the rooms themselves were well maintained and had many conveniences.
