"Good location, within walking distance to restaurants, close to several attractions."

Enjoyed the scrambled eggs, sliced sausage and gravy. Coffee was okay, needed a lot of creamer/whipped cream. Hotel close to good restaurants. DH Le Combes winery restaurant just across the street has very good food!

I booked this motel as I was looking for an indoor pool. The pool was closed for maintenance and I was not informed until check-in. My son and young grandson were very disappointed as they were looking forward to being able to swim. If I had known the pool was closed I would have looked for other accommodations. I paid a lot of money for this room.

We had booked a handicap room. When we arrived, we were told that our room would not be ready for another hour to hour and an half which would have been until 530 or 6 o’clock. We asked for another room which we were given. It worked OK for us although it didn’t have the features we had wanted. It didn’t seem like hospitality was the issue, but instead it was business as usual.

"Disappointing Stay"

The room was clean - but very cramped. The towels were worn and only two sets were provided. The front desk reception was less than welcoming and seemed annoyed to be there. The tub faucet/water worked well, but there was an issue in getting more than small spray from the shower. WiFi was sketchy at best. The rate was way too high for the quality and service provided. Wouldn't stay here again.
