We stayed at this hotel during our softball tournament. We knew going in at the pool did not work as the hotel is under renovations. The rooms themselves are fine. However, all of the other accommodations are where the problems come in. The ice machines are broken and were never fixed. So you get asked the staff for ice and you are getting a very tiny back of ice.

"Nice updated facility "

Our stay was lovely. Obviously building was being renovated but our room was cool, clean and comfortable. The only problem was staffing at the front desk was always missing. There was a button to push— but waiting 15 minutes for someone to check out. Will be back in two weeks! Will recommend.

Convent location near highway but also away from congestion Hotel was in process of being updated. Our rooms were clean and bathrooms were nice. Staff was very nice

"Disappointing"

The whole place is under renovation no pool or workout facility witch was a prime factor when booking...staff seemed bothered when I checked in...might be a nice place in the future but for my trip I was very disappointed 😞
