The breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Only one hot choice. And the items listed as "convenience store" are terribly overpriced!!

I liked how quiet Spark Atlanta was. The hotel staff were also very friendly. They also had complimentary healthy breakfast in the morning. If I would have seen bacon and eggs I would have eaten it. But the healthy options forced me to value what they had even more. Health is wealth. FREE WIFI is always nice to have.

I didn’t like how the AC was operated. At first I went over to the AC against the window into to realize that the AC was worked through the appliance on the wall. I didn’t like that I had to clean the bathtub while I was there because it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it to be. I went to Walmart and grabbed some extra cleaning products to wipe down the area. The toilet button was also difficult to press when it was time to flush the toilet.

This Spark Hotel is located about .75 miles away from Truist Park and the Boardwalk. While a bit spartan in appearance, we found our room to be clean, comfortable and very acceptable for our needs as we prepared to attend the Braves' game. The hotel offers a shuttle to the game ($5 per) but no return shuttle post-game (I wished otherwise). The check-in service was quick and easy and the people manning the desk were helpful, friendly and kind. A particular shout-out to Waheed, who made sure I had very hot water to steep a cup of tea, once we returned to the hotel after the game. He is the definition of excellent customer service! Breakfast is a bit basic but tasty. We did not use the use pool as we needed to leave fairly early. Check-out was as quick and easy as checking in. The parking for hotel guests was free. I'd happily return to this hotel for future visits to the Battery and Truist Park. The welcoming atmosphere alone is worth it.

The owners are absolutely phenomenal and their rooms are clean.

I love the polite and helpful staff. Also they have a shuttle to take you to the game. And the driver is so friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

It’s unusual that a hotel room does not have a coffee maker in each room, this one did not provide one. You shouldn’t have to go to the lobby to get coffee. Breakfast was so so also.
