This was like a place that had families that LIVED there. That were comfortable enough to smoke weed and do drug deals in the parking lot, that had ppl screaming and dog cussing there children where u could hear everything all the way down the hall. Obviously management has allowed these thongs to happen with no consequences. One room had a new born baby that screamed and cried for hours straight, I finally got up to go see what room it was coming from cause I genuinely thought something was wrong, parents not there or too high to wake up, because how could use not hear that. Room 328. Maybe they heard my door open, but the baby stopped for a few minutes after I got up. Children and families should be notified and I'm sure cameras with audio can hear, 4am-630 am, room 328. Both nights, even got up turned ac on to try and drown it out. It was a miserable stay, we checked out a night early. The rooms smelled of cigarettes smoke, bathroom had cigarette burns on on the tub

The fridges smelled the fish, the room was moist and hot. The staff was unprofessional.

The only thing I genuinely liked about the stay was how easy the initial booking process was. The reservation system was simple to use, and the guest name change feature itself—on the website—was quick, straightforward, and convenient. I also appreciated receiving clear confirmation emails right away, which made it seem like everything would go smoothly.

I disliked that the hotel refused to honor the confirmed guest name change, even after I received two emails verifying it. The staff was rude to my husband when he tried to check in and just as rude to me when I stepped out of my event to call. Their claim that “changes can’t be made” completely contradicted what their own system said. Because of this, my husband had to drive around downtown Atlanta with our exhausted one-year-old until I arrived after midnight. When we finally got into the room, the problems kept coming. The room was dirty, including a reddish-brown stain on the floor that looked like dried blood. The bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned. The A/C barely worked and kept shutting off, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable. All of these issues—rude staff, refusal to honor confirmed changes, a dirty and questionable room, and a malfunctioning A/C—made my entire stay frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable.
