Older hotel but was nice and clean, hot water, cold AC and beds were comfortable. Will stay again.

Overall condition of room was outdated, worn and unclean. I was able to get a room at the Holiday Inn Express, so I didn't stay, forfeiting the $100 but it was worth it. Stay here only if you are completely out of options.

Very difficult to work sink faucet, handle about to fall off.

Not the worst place to stay. East highway access, acceptable staff. Rooms were clean but Basic. The 1/2 size pillows and the lumpy mattress kinda sucked. Ok for a short weekend stay but don’t think I’d go longer

The hotel seemed fine at first, a little unclean and the area around wasn't the safest. But first they changed my room at the last minute, from a king to a double, and I was there with my partner. I wasn't too bothered till I went in the room and saw the condition. Our sink didn't work, the air-conditioning was fickle and didn't work well at night so the room was blazing, and the bathroom was just very dirty.

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever seen. Puke and feces on the bed. Smelled awful.

If you’re looking for an overnight stay, this place is definitely doable but if you plan on staying longer, hopefully you’ll get better treatment than my husband and I did. The Indian woman that works at the front is very kind at first but once she feels you’ve over stayed, her demeanor completely changes. The only other issue we had was the housekeeping service. The cleaning service OPENED my door while I was changing!!!! The housekeepers have beats (headphones) on their heads while they work and couldn’t care less! Overall, Heritage Inn is right down the street and 10x better service/option!!!!

The room was mildewed and smelled bad and the furniture was obviously bought second hand and it was in terrible shape. The shower had a permanent stain in the floor. Dirty hand prints on the wall.
