It was quiet

I got charged double the price I should have been charged. I am a nurse and could not drive home. This hotel charged me twice as much as eveeyone else. I won't stay here again. The.food was disgusting.

This was our 4th time staying here and will be our last. Check in was supposed to be at 4. Was told that we wouldn’t be able to check in until at least 4:30 due to a large group that had checked out late. Asked if they could text when room was ready, said they don’t have that capability. Was offered a code for the parking garage that did not work. Had to pay $10.00 the next morning to get out of garage.

⭐☆☆☆☆ As a longtime Hilton Honors Diamond member, I’ve stayed in hundreds of properties around the world — and I have never experienced anything like this. During my stay at The Graduate Cincinnati, my purse was stolen from inside my locked room. At first, management seemed concerned and admitted that housekeeping had left my door open for about 15 minutes. However, when I escalated the issue to loss prevention, the story changed completely. Suddenly, no one could take responsibility — despite the hotel’s own admission that the door was left unsecured. The lack of accountability and empathy was appalling. Not only did the hotel fail to ensure basic guest safety, but the follow-up was dismissive and defensive. Being told “we’re not responsible” after your personal belongings are stolen — because their staff left your room open — is absolutely unacceptable. If you value your safety and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. There are plenty of hotels in Cincinnati that actually care about their guests and take security seriously.

We stayed here while visiting Xavier University with my son. I booked it before I realized what a unique place it is but was pleasantly surprised how much I liked the quirkiness of Hilton Graduate. The room was more than comfortable and cute. We also enjoyed dinner at Fiona's and breakfast at Poindexter's on site-both of which were reasonably priced for hotel food/drinks and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting UC, Xavier or the Cinci area.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly. Bathroom trash can had tissues in it. Fridge had waters I assume was left from previous this. Shower had some hair on the floor. Toilet was broken chain came off fixed it myself. Had problems with the parking garage. QR code didn’t work to get out had to pay and went to the front desk later about it.
