The bathroom was flooded in the morning when we got up to take a shower so we didn't get any showers and we had to walk in water to get our stuff out we went and told the front deck about it we should have got a refund but they offered nothing for the inconvenience or the trouble

Rooms and bathroom were very clean. Beds were quite comfortable. Very conveniently located near Mammoth caves and many restaurants near by. Staff were friendly. Was better than my expectations for the price paid! Highly recommend!

Staff are welcoming, friendly and informative. Always accommodating and efficient. Location is close to highway, several restaurants, and places to visit...and quiet for a night of rest.

A small thing...literally, the toilets are tiny (the size of the seat/bowl). Unfortunately, a common problem in a very many hotels. "Elongated bowls" are much more comfortable for most adults.
