Booked as a last minute resort.

Room smelled. Some walls had sheetrock damage. Smallest fridge I've ever seen. No table.

Location very convenient. Staff professional, courteous, helpful. Room was pleasant, clean, functional. The stay was lower cost than most of alternatives so overall an excellent value.

Breakfast is not a hot breakfast with meat and eggs as indicated on website. Only hot item is waffles. Breakfast is not restocked so no yogurt, only 2 apples for fruit, cereal ran out one day. Hall carpet worn.

Location was good

First off, My card was automatically charged instead of verifying if that was the card i wanted to use (it wasn't) then when given my room i had to return to front desk because my reservation was for a double queen room and they sent me to a room with 1 bed. The room and mostly hallways had a bad smell. Carpet in hallway is very stained. There were ants in our room. Breakfast is supposed to be from 7am-9am and we arrived at 8am and they were out of most items. Didn't even have butter for toast . People were coming in and taking all of the items and going outside so you couldn't even tell if they were staying here. staff were no where around to monitor. Last time i was here another guest told staff they were out of things and they were told that they arent allowed to replenish anything so Nothing was replenished! so if you aren't around right at 7am you don't get anything. This is crazy. If Breakfast is supposed to be between 7am-9am you should be able to get any of the items during that time. There's never a staff at the front desk and when I called the number provided no one answered. Someone else in the lobby had to go outside and let the staff know Someone was looking for them.. I come here once a month and its the same.

Breakfast was decent. Sraff was friendly.

As a local I was charged a $100 cash deposit. The hotel exterior is in poor condition but the low room rate reflects this.

The fact that they decided to screw us over and take our deposit that we needed for the next day and tell us to get out and not refund us our deposit The room was clean the towels are clean and we didn't even smoke in the room if you're looking for a place to rip you off this is the perfect place to go

I like that it was right off the freeway.

The person checking everyone in was very slow, which I understand it you are new, but I do not believe he was. And i would not normally judge a place by this one thing. Then we were told that the only rooms available were upstairs. fine! But not elevators for our things. so had to carry everything up the stairs. Only one way in to the place. The front door. The beds were so old you could feel the springs. I stayed at this hotel because it said it had a free breakfast. Well the breakfast was only some bagels, cereal and you could make your own waffle. Not even fruit, which is a usual for breakfast.

We did not stay for breakfast - had early meeting.

A lot of noise at Reception area overnight.
