Quality Inn

It’s old and filthy the carpets are black with filth. The guy that checked us in called my Autistic son a pet. He was creepy friendly. The walls in our room were covered with dirt and filthy. It’s just old and in bad need of a renovation.

The hallway carpets were dirty. The swimming pool’s water was green. The property looked worn.

No one was around to check us in for an hour. They don’t give refunds for any reason. We finally got to our room and it was dirty and messy! We were woken up in the middle of the night because someone shot a gun right outside in the parking lot!

This Quality Inn was not quality at all. The refrigerator didn't work, the TV was unplugged, the bathroom towel rack was missing, and the pool was greenish from algae. That part of town is decent enough, but the homeless hang around. I will say that the staff were very nice and apologetic about the check- in difficulties they had with me.

When we got in, the staff was not friendly. However the morning staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was uncomfortable and just about everything in there was either stained, scratched or broken.

Bathroom was most disgusting, safety lock on door was broken. Was given another room that was a bit better but should have received a discount since I paid the hotel not Expedia.

Room was dirty, sheet were dirty. The light in the bathroom was just a bare bulb.
