Air conditioning worked, the place was quiet, no smoking smell and the room was clean.

Took forever for someone to come to the desk so I could check in. Woman behind me said there was blood on her sheets. People smoking right outside the door.

I did not like anything, breakfast was the worst they have cold English muffins with nothing to put in them they have no actual meal just yogurt, and blueberry muffins.

The room smellls rancid the floor carpet was wet. When I was sleeping the bed made my skin itchy.

It was close to where we needed to go.

Elevator lights weren't working, there were fire watch signs in the glass door, we booked a room and got downgraded because the keycards did not work and got told. It would be the same room with king size bed. Got the new room and it was two full size beds. Not what I booked

Front desk was really nice . The room smelt horrible and our bed was wet . Had to move rooms which the front desk was accommodating but the next room also didn’t smell good but I was too tired to try to get another room.

I got a text if I need anything to let them know. I responded asking for a blanket. I never received the blanket. Lady at the front not friendly at all.

Very bad hotel. Terrible and unhelpful staff. No proper breakfast available. And way too noisy. Feels unsafe in this property.
