Springhill Suites By Marriott Pinehurst Southern Pines

Our experience was much better than our experience in July when the property was under construction. The ability to use your own streaming service login on the TV was great. Breakfast was lackluster.

My stay allowed me to visit friends, complete personal business, and enjoy the beautiful area. I found the hotel homelike, set in a woodsy spot with easy access to drive in and out to any destination. All the staff were great. The building is older which I liked; it was well maintained. The room furniture setup was not functionally optimal for me but might be for someone else. I don't think the alarm clocked worked, but everything else probably did. Also, my room keys stopped working every two days, not due to user error because they immediately worked again when the staff reset them each time.

Hotel was very clean and staff were pleasant. The only thing wrong with our stay was the breakfast. Hot breakfast was not very hot. Luckily there was a microwave in our room, so was able to take breakfast back to the room to warm it up.

Very clean room and facilities. Hotel staff super friendly.

Excellent staff and customer service

We needed a place to stay for one night in Pine Hurst. The beds were comfortable, room was clean, large and had a kitchenette. Breakfast was hot, waffle maker, eggs, etc.

Loved it!

We are here for golf and dinning!!

Hotel has deceptive pictures as are the Springhill commercials from Marriott. It was 1 room, not a suite, not 2 rooms. Not a living room and a bedroom. Beware, no privacy. Breakfast was halfa**. Some days they made eggs, other days it was trash. Broken juice machine, staff wont refill bottled waters in cooler, even if asked multiple times.

The stay was great and staff was helpful. New renovations were nice.
