The suite was awesome and clean with plenty of storage

The pool was not open and it was never mentioned on the website. We ALWAYS try to stay in a place with a pool so this would have a deal breaker!

"Good option for families looking for an overnight stay while driving to/from NYC."

The hotel was nicely set for Christmas. The staff did a great job decorating it. Plus they were accommodating when trying to find a solution for us since the pool was out of service.

The pool was out of service during our stay. Also I got charged double for the water bottle than what was quoted when asked.
