Travelodge by Wyndham Pendleton OR

Very tight parking lot. Rude staff. Advertised as pet friendly but there is only concrete for your pet to do its duty, amazing allowing pets and having nowhere for them to go. I would add more but it is not worth my time. Take my word for it, use super 8.

Quite a few homeless in the are. Oh, and the place is no longer called Travel Lodge, so they did not have my reservation

Second time booking here. Was informed this time at check-in the hotel is no longer affiliated with Travelodge/Wyndham and is privately owned. Staff was pleasant but property is not maintained as before. Price confirmed at booking was not honored due to change in ownership.

This has been the worst hotel stay I've had in a long time. I previously thought Howard Johnson was a decent hotel chain, but this particular location fell short. The bed was extremely old and uncomfortable, with no cushioning left, making every movement feel like crunching. I would have slept better in my vehicle. The hotel is outdated and in dire need of renovation. Although I received a prompt response from Howard Johnson's customer service, it was the typical generic response. The only redeeming quality was the breakfast sandwich, which was quite good. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Closed without notice to those with trservstiond

I first arrived at the hotel i was originally scheduled with to find out that it was closed . It took over 2 hours to get scheduled with a room and i was over an hour late to the wrestling event for my kids which is why i was having a night in a hotel. Luckily i got there 20 mins ahead of the cut off time but ended up not getting a good seat to watch it which had the reservation not been messed up i would have been there when the doors opened vs after the majority of other spectators. It started my night off in irritation instead of nice and easy.

Terrible experience!! Showed up for reservations and the whole hotel was shut down!! Apparently the people running it just up and left

There was only hot water. The cold water pipes were frozen. The shower was scalding

I checked out. The room registered at 35 degrees at check in. The TV didn’t work and there was no cold water so I got scalded trying to take a shower after I warmed the room up. That’s when I said enough is enough and checked out and told them I want a full refund. After driving for almost 15 hours that wasn’t the experience I wanted or needed!

The staff and property are well worth the price but the area doesn’t feel safe. There is a bus stop across the street where homeless people sit and watch you as you check in. They approached me for money and/or something to drink. It’s not a good feeling to be watched as you prepare to leave your car unattended for the night.
