Nice stay! Toilet had issues but otherwise a comfortable stay! Limited on television channels. After a long day on road O wanted option but was limited to local channels. First world problems! I slept comfortably though

We traveled for family affairs and stayed at a couple motels along the way and this was by far the most comfortable and the nicest staff and the cleanest room!

We pulled up to the motel, parking right outside the lobby entrance at roughly 10:30 pm after booking our stay online. Right in front of us was a guy wearing a full-face mask handing drugs to a clearly drugged-up woman in exchange for her money. After a few mins she staggered off to her room and he rode away on his mini bike to across the street at the bus stop, where he passed out on the bench. Another man on the corner was passed out on the street in a recognizable opiate slump. My husband and I stayed locked in our car until they left, then got out and debated if we should even go see the room we had paid for. We already knew we didn't feel safe sleeping there in this sketchy drug motel. Pregnant and exhausted from a 14-hour day of driving, I started to cry because I felt so unsafe. We walked in + talked to the manager about refunding our money so we could find another hotel in town. She said, "Sorry, it's not up to me, you have to call Hotels.com because you booked through them" as she pretended she would authorize the refund. We called + spoke to a nice representative who was ultimately useless. She put me on hold while she called the motel to ask for a refund. The motel manager said No, and both this grimy motel + Hotels.com passed the buck back and forth on who was to blame and who could ultimately approve a refund for our UNUSED room. We never even got past the lobby. I would never use Hotels.com again, knowing they don't help correct situations for customers.

Stay 2/yr. Older facility but well maintained and comfortable. Convenient location & pet friendly. We will be back.

Room was clean and comfortable. Had a small fridge and microwave which I needed. Bathroom was adequate but on the smaller side. I enjoyed my stay and have stayed at this hotel before. Breakfast was very basic (cold cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, juice dispenser)

Available for late night check in.

A great place for a stop over close to downtown

It was nice for the price.
