Śniadanie bardzo monotonne, w żadnym hotelu nie spotkałam aż tak nudnych śniadań, codziennie to samo, wybór bardzo mały, byłam w szoku że to wszystko co mamy do wyboru. Większość obsługi miła, jedna pani w barze się nie uśmiechała ani trochę co raczej nie powinno się zdarzać w hotelu. Brak kołdry, w nocy było dość zimno i trzeba było przykrywać się narzutą i kocem który raczej prany po każdym gościu nie był.

The beach is fantastic, the rooms are great, pool is very nice, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant providing sushi in the afternoons and evenings was bar none, the BEST sushi we had ever experienced, a delightful surprise. This was the highlight of our stay here, we ate there a few times in the week. Torres was amazing and an amazing conversationalist. BUT considering this is a 5star hotel, there are a few things to know: - when checking in, be sure to let them know you're leaving a credit card with them (not just the one you booked the reservation with). We went to the lounge, had some drinks, and couldn't close the tab to our room as "we didn't set up credit" with the hotel. Be sure they tell you this when checking in, we were not informed. - the breakfast buffet is quite nice, great coffee machines to provide specialty coffees, but no one to provide simple coffee top ups. All coffees you must do yourself, while standing in line behind several others making theirs - there are NO ice machines anywhere in the hotel, we had to order from room service, with a 3euro charge each time, and waited over an hour the first time, and 40 minutes the second time. On both occasions, we had to call again. - the bath towels provided were very old/thin/threadbare. One of them was all frayed at the edges and had 2 small holes, not what you'd expect from a 5star hotel - there is no makeup mirror nor washcloths provided - there is a spacious lobby with lots of comfortable seating (although somewhat dated), and a beautiful piano, although NO ONE was ever there to play it. This would have been a great environment to enjoy cocktails with, but there was rarely anyone using this space, an opportunity for the hotel to generate revenues was missed. - upon return from a day's outing, the safe was no longer functioning, we had to call for service. And the safe is located in the closet, almost on the floor, very awkward to get into. A nice stay all in all, but room for improvement, and certainly not warranted of a 5star rating IMHO
