Please note that a reservation of 10 or more rooms is considered a group reservation by the hotel. Please note that, in this case, the hotel will charge 50% of the first night of the stay of each booked room on the credit card as a guarantee, 20 days before check-in. This amount is nonrefundable in case of cancelation. One child from 0 to 3 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib. One child from 4 to 8 years is charged EUR 20 per person per night in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged EUR 40 per person per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, you must provide another credit card or use another method of payment. Please also note that the property will send guests a secure UNICRE link, to proceed with VISA or Mastercard payments. Very good location, room is clean, very comfy beds and staff is very helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The double room is not very big, it`s ok but would prefer more storage space other than the built in wardrobe

L'emplacement,la déco de votre entrée.la piscine qui est un plus.le petit déjeuner extra et varié.le personnel toujours à l'écoute.

Manque de rangement et crochet dans la SDB.Pas assez de lumière au-dessus du lavabo.Probleme pour régler la clim .

"Great hotel for your stay in Lisbon"

Great hotel to stay in Lisbon! The room is clean, beds are super comfy, bathroom is great. Breakfast is very varied, staff was always super nice and helpful. The swimming pool is a very welcomed addition. The location is also convenient, close to metro and bus stops, supermarket and shopping center.

The illumination of the room is insufficient, there is no main light and kinda weak in the room/bathroom. Also, I would mention the lack of lights sockets. You still get things done but there was none in the bathroom and none near the bed side.

I loved the rooms, the entrance and reception area and the pool on the roof

The breakfast room was small, and loads of members of staff hoovering around watching you eat breakfast

La situation de l hotel juste a cote du Métro. L hotel est tres agréable, le personnel sympathique mais il serait un plus si il parlait français car malgré tout certains ne font pas forcément d effort pour comprendre la clientèle. Le petit déjeuner tres copieux et varié

Certaines personnes du personnel notamment un monsieur a l accueil qui ne fait pas beaucoup d effort lorsque l on est français se contentant de repondre je ne parle pas français dommage... Mais l ensemble du personnel accueillant.
