Ask for a refund the manager acknowledge that he was going to send me a give me a refund once Expedia sent them a confirmation on an email as of now which has been a month I have not received a refund nor has Expedia given me any of my credit towards the room thank you and have a great day

The toilet seat was too small for the actual toilet & the heat wasn’t working in my room so he had to bring me a space heater because it was so cold.
