Clean and comfortable

Our King room was quiet, comfortable and spacious. The location was great, close to Walmart and restaurants, and near the major roads. It was nice to be able to see the snow-capped Ruby Mountains out of our window. We stayed 3 nights while visiting friends. It was great to be able to do laundry (though cost and instructions could have been clearer). When booking, I had a problem with the Booking.com app so I booked the wrong dates. I called the hotel and the staff member was very understanding and helpful but had to refer me to Booking.com. I called Booking.com and got a quick response (they called the hotel to confirm availability on the right dates), and everything was sorted out quickly. I was impressed with the hotel staff member’s attention and care.

The coffee in the lobby was very weak, and the in-room coffee machine didn’t work well. The fridge in the room had no freezer so we couldn’t freeze our ice packs.

Nothing to like in the property. I walked in room with very sticky floor . I called the receptionist for it she send the cleaner but it was same after the cleaning too. I just stayed there for 1 hour and I checked out because I rashes on my body and I had baby with me so I checked out.

Good front desk staff. Room was very clean. Exterior and common areas need some attention.
