"It was a good stay but a better breakfast and having my towels delivered would have mad it great."

The property itself was great. The room was clean, the area felt safe, the hotel was clean (I even saw someone shampooing the carpets daily), the pool looked nice and they had a gym.

The 2 biggest issues I didn’t like was that the breakfast only included a bagel bar, cereal, mini pancakes, yogurt, and bananas and that they will not deliver fresh towels to your room. I called down to guest services for some fresh towels because I was out and they only give you 2 and the guest services lady informed me that they will not deliver you fresh towels which was crazy to me because ive never had a hotel tell me this. I had to dry off with a dirty towel and then get ready to go downstairs to get a fresh towel after getting out of the shower, which was a definitely a first for me at a hotel.

The room was not clean. Nightstands were sticky. The bathroom wall had gobs of toothpaste on it.
