The customer service was great!

The building needed upgrades. Ice machines weren’t working on all floors, rooms needed to be cleaned properly, musty smell in room. Just needing an overall maintenance

You get exactly what you pay for here. Nothing more, nothing less. The property is fine if you’re not planning on spending your time there. The rooms were a good size. We both slept great in the king bed. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Conveniently laid out. The staff were awesome!! I started calling the property when I landed so I could get the shuttle. Very accommodating. Shuttle service and driver were great! The times worked conveniently with my flight times. Front desk staff all 3 days had great customer service and they handled everything we asked for. We made some mistakes like not having our room cleaned one day and not knowing the next they didn’t anyone to do it. We still managed. Fresh towels whenever we asked. Pool was stocked with towels. They have w/d that work great, also.

Shower never got really hot. Part of the stay the property was not clean. Trash and dirty towels, bandaids and snack trash littered everywhere. Those facts might be the occupants more than the staffs fault. Clean up after yourselves! And then the next day it was as clean as an old building could be. Much better. The spa jets worked great but the water was tepid at best. This property is not close to anything within walking distance.
