Sheraton Rhodes Resort

Me and my family stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and we could not have been more happy with our stay. First of all, upon arriving after a delayed flight, we were greeted and checked in immediately, and got up to the room in less than 10 minutes. The room we booked, the Aegean Suite, was perfectly clean and prepared. We ventured downstairs for dinner and ended up choosing the buffet, which we dont typically do. BEST CHOICE EVER!!! There was seemingly an endless amount of choices suitable for everyome, the food was really good, and it was reasonably priced. The staff at the resturant knocked it out of the park as well, especially Dimitris, who is seriously a gem. The hotel had many pools and bars which ensured there was never too many people in one place. When we stayed, there was a conference at the hotel with around 500 guests, but my family didn’t run into problems. The last night of the conference, there was a big party that was a bit loud, but the hotel made sure to wrap up the party by a reasonable time so that we could get to sleep. The location was perfect too and all of the island was relatively accesible from the hotel. All in all, it was a perfect stay and I will be back next year for an equally good experience.

Ungenerous with the tea bags. Milk etc,, a pity. Insufficient coffee sachets and no drinks in the mini bar. Need more hot drink facilities in dining room. A queue of 15 waiting to make coffee? Poor show, should not have to wait.

Only staff of restaurants were nice and professional

La piscine était grande, eau belle, plein de transats. La salle de sport était bien équipée, climatisée. C'était chouette le jaccuzi sur le balcon, en revanche, la vue était un peu prise par une sorte de verrière. Beaucoup de choix au Self (matin et soir)

Il faut traverser la rue pour aller sur la plage. Si vous prenez l'option demi-pension, on vous demande un supplément pour manger dans les beaux restaurants qui sont en photo. On n'a accès qu'au buffet, où l'eau est en supplément ! La moindre activité nécessite de faire appeler un taxi. On sent l'envie de vendre la moindre option supplémentaire. D'ailleurs les serveurs sont très souriants aux clients qui donnent des pourboires, beaucoup moins aux autres.

We had an outstanding stay at this resort in Rhodes. My wife and I returned, after 20 years, to celebrate our anniversary and this time brought our 3 daughters. This used to be a Hilton property. Marriott did an excellent job with its improvements. This is one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at. The team sure takes care of its Bonvoy guests. The Sheraton Rhodes provides service at the highest level. The pool is nice, but we opted for the beach most days. There’s nothing like swimming in the blue Aegean. We were impressed with all of the staff we encountered. Zoi and Adonis at reception were so friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Dimitris. He made sure we had everything we could possibly want or need at Castellania for breakfast. Dimitris is a jewel at this resort in Rhodes. We would recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Rhodes.
