Another memorable stay and this time celebrating our wedding anniversary at this UNESCO world heritage site 30-years ago with wonderful rooms surrounded by private and carefully tailored courtyards. The entire staff's ability to help make you feel welcome while also attending to every detail of your stay, topped by great food and service, continues to make this beautiful enclave of history and culture a world renowned experience for us.

Too pricey for no hot water, the staff didn’t really care.

We booked through Amex platinum. The room we were shown to was 306 which was at the top of 2 flights of stairs with an elevator servicing the first but we had to climb the last flight of steep narrow stairs. Of course the hotel was full and the check in person didn’t warn us. Caution..do not accept room 306 without a look at the stairs . The rooms are dated, the aircon in 306 drips . On the positive side the staff are impeccable all except for the valet who promised he would leave my car in the Porte cochere overnight to accommodate our early, 0430, departure next morning and then didn’t do it. The F and B is excellent. The hotel has a palm beach vibe but if that isn’t important to you I would recommend staying in west palm beach and take uber to and from palm beach.’

The Brazilian Court offers the best quality and personalized service. You are always greeted with a Welcome Back and they remember your name. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. The facilities are quintessential Palm Beach and make you feel like you are royalty. You are steps from the beach and Worth Avenue which is a real plus. Cafe Boulud has the best Dover Sole and how can you beat dining al fresco under the palm trees with the moonlight. Does it get any better? I don't think so. I refuse to stay anywhere else in Palm Beach!

Best hotel in Palm Beach. The landscaping is breathtaking, the pool area is beautiful - very peaceful. The staff are all so nice, the service is impeccable, rooms are super comfortable and, unlike another popular hotel in town, the bathrooms are BIG. Great location - just a short walk to worth ave

The bathroom was very dated and you had to step over a large bathtub to get into the shower. Our room was nice but the AC was broke and the sink didn’t drain properly.

The staff is plentiful, very friendly and accommodating. The location and bikes are nice too. I was ok to splurge on the hotel because of the location and word of recent updates and Boulud restaurant. HOWEVER The rooms , finishes and decor, along with LACK of provided amenities & toiletries for a“luxury” hotel, are really appalling. Bathrooms are completely yucky. Our “private terrace was about as devoid of character and charm as a I have ever seen. Bath towels like sandpaper. The rooms are tired and tacky. The artwork throughout, same. Horrible fake orchids . Just a shock for the cost. The restaurant may be ok at night but I cannot imagine why you would not have an attractive breakfast space or utilize the courtyard when it’s not yet hot. What a miss. Again, staff was lovely.

Charm everywhere. Except don’t get a connecting room! Room 111B connected and it was so loud next door I could hear both sides of their phone conversation. At 11:30pm I slid a kind note under the door asking if she would turn down the tv, which she quickly did. Her note back was very kind and apologetic. It wasn't her. It is the thin doors connecting the rooms. Made it impossible to consider doing things married people do! I will go back - it is a lovely hotel. But I will make sure I am not in a room that connects.

excellent all around. boat rides. food. everything welcomed well, great follow through. good communication. overall, a great experience with all kinds of amenities. Everyone was very attentive and encouraging and helpful throughout our visit.
