We have stayed here many times over the years . Property is nice , rooms clean and staff very nice . Also less than 30 min drive to Cleveland Clinic main campus and it is more reasonably priced than hotels there

bed and pillow very comfortable. tv good.

check in attendant could have given more info. I had to ask location of room, which entry was best, where ice located, breakfast options, if coffee available in lobby. when I did find lobby coffee, it was not hot. at entry where coffee should have been, there was a large counter offering hot water and packaged hot chocolate....nothing special here. coffee urn outdated. dont know if breakfast was included in stay. went next door to Sheetz for a good, hot coffee.

Very quiet and comfortable room, lots of space except the bath area is a little limited. I like the patio outside the room too. Nice hot cocoa bar upon check in.

"Great Atmosphere "

This is our 3rd time visiting the property and always..... they show up and prove why they're the best. We visited the hotel bar this time and it was awesome. Sharon made us feel like we were home and we definitely visit her again on our next stay.
