I paid through travel agency the receptionist ask me to double payment for the room as my payment not shown , I was traveled from Europe I was so tired to solve this matter , I ask her to give me a room , she told me to pay I did , later on I claimed to travel agency they contacted her supervisor then she said I will be refunded!!! Very bad that your stuff unprofessional , also they are stingy for water for cleaning , hotel completely uncomfortable , they just ask for deposit ! Not a good choice at all

"Nearer to the airport than the city but it worked for our itinerary."

The airport to hotel shuttle service was very convenient. Our room was big, wuth comfy beds and all the amenities were working well.

The AC was kind of noisy as it periodically turns on and off. The room was a bit musty when we first entered too, but it goes after some time.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a smoke free facility. Very outdated.
