The only cool person or professional person was The islander lady that works nights tried her best to accommodate the best way she can

Asked for new towels couldn't or didn't receive them until our last night being there the promotion showed fridge and microwave in the room (there were none) also none of the ice machines were working actually one was working on and off but barely spitting out any ice they gave us one bar of soap and one mini squeeze bottle that we had to share as a family wasn't the greatest experience to the point I wish I can get partial refund to be honest! Oh yeah has to pay two different 100.00 deposits in which I was confused about.

"Great budget- and wheelchair-friendly airport hotel"

Great sized room for wheelchair (double the size of nearby airport hotels that cost more)! The free airport shuttle made a huge difference also, as we had an early flight to catch.

Needing to ask front desk for towels for all of guests in our room. (not a big deal)

Conveniently located.

Parking cost $8 per day. I would have stayed elsewhere if I’d known that when I booked. Wi-Fi was unusable. No fridge.

Location

Noisy all night long. I barely slept. I had asked to be on the third floor, but they put me on the second floor and the people above me were noisy and walking around all night long. I arrived at 3pm and had to wait two hours for check in despite announcing my arrival time.
